THANK YOU!

Thank you to everyone who bought pies and donated money to Pies for People! This years campaign was a big success and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of you!

Thank you for supporting Pies for People! This year's campaign is officially over.

About Our Fundraiser

Pies for People is an annual local charity that sells home-style handmade savory pot pies
to raise money in support of St. John the Compassionate Mission’s soup kitchen located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

For the past 9 years, you have helped Pies for People raise over $20,000.00 for the Mission and as Pies for People enters its 8th year, we have made a few changes to help us raise even more money. We are continuing to work with our amazing partner: Sharman's Proper Pies, after the continued success of our 2023 campaign with James and Toni Sharman. With their support, Pies for People will be able to provide even more variety of pies, with the same great taste, while helping support a great local Toronto business.

Most importantly Pies for People is still able to put 100% of the net proceeds raised directly into the hands of the wonderful people at the St. John’s Mission. Let's work together to help support St. John's Compassionate Mission! We are looking forward to a great 2024 campaign and cannot wait to have your support for another successful year!

Who We Are

We are Brandon and Stephanie, the Founders of Pies for People TO.

For the past six years, my wife and I have organized a fundraiser for the soup kitchen at St. Jonh the Compassionate Mission by making and selling homestyle pot pies to family, friends, and coworkers. The first year I was hoping to sell about 30 pies and raise $500.00, but after all, was said and done I sold over 80 pies and raised $1,000.00.

The second year Stephanie joined me and with her help, we sold over 160 pies. So far in the past 9 years, we have been able to donate over $20,000.00 to The Mission.

This year we are happy to do it again with the hopes of raising even more money for the mission.
